These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://investorsavenue.co.in and any related mobile applications, products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Investors Avenue ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
- Account Registration & Security. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Use of the Services. The Services are provided solely as an information and communication platform connecting property seekers, property owners, developers, brokers and related service providers. Investors Avenue is not a party to, and does not guarantee the completion or terms of, any transaction between users. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
- User Content & Listings. You are solely responsible for all information, data, text, photos, media, listings and other materials ("Content") you submit, upload or display through the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such Content and that it is accurate, not misleading and does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any law. Investors Avenue does not routinely verify or endorse user Content and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein.
- Prohibited Activities. You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful purpose;
- post or transmit any Content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or computer systems;
- use any automated means (including bots, crawlers or scrapers) to access the Services without our prior written permission; or
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Intellectual Property. All content and materials on the Services, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and compilations thereof, are owned by Investors Avenue or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial use only. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.
- Third‑Party Services & Links. The Services may contain links to third‑party websites, applications or services that are not owned or controlled by Investors Avenue. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third‑party sites or services. Your use of third‑party resources is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investors Avenue and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Investors Avenue and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
- Changes to These Terms. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
