Hero Homes Sector MU

Hero Homes - Leafsong Retreat is a premium, low-density residential development by Hero Realty spanning 4.75 acres in Sector MU, Greater Noida. The project embraces a unique "Resort-Style Urban Living" theme, featuring only 3 iconic high-rise towers and a total of approximately 520 luxury units. To maximize privacy and cross-ventilation, each floor is strictly limited to just six apartments. The development focuses exclusively on spacious, high-end configurations, offering premium 3 BHK residences ranging from 1,650 to 2,000 sq. ft. (super built-up area). Located along a highly progressive growth corridor near the 17.3-acre DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, the project offers excellent connectivity via the Noida-Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressways. Handovers are projected to begin from 2031 onwards, following its highly anticipated UP RERA registration approval.
