SPJ Vedatam

SPJ Vedatam is an under-construction commercial development in Sector 14, Gurugram, promoted by SPJ Properties Private Limited. Its current Haryana RERA registration covers 4.15625 acres and identifies the development as a Commercial Colony. The project represents the migrated/reworked version of the earlier Vedattam commercial plotted-colony proposal. The earlier licence/project structure was migrated, after which a fresh registration was approved for the commercial colony. Vedatam is positioned primarily as a retail, food-and-beverage and entertainment destination in established Sector 14. Current project material highlights luxury retail shops, restaurants, cafés, food courts and cinema/multiplex facilities. The project's building plan was approved by Haryana Town and Country Planning on 13 December 2024. Project material also lists environmental clearance and IGBC certification among its approvals/certifications. Its location in established central Gurugram is a major differentiator, with surrounding residential neighbourhoods, commercial areas and access through the Old Delhi-Gurugram Road network.
