Elan Imperial

Elan Imperial is an under-construction luxury commercial development in Sector 82, Gurugram, conceived as an integrated destination combining premium shopping, dining, entertainment and hospitality. The project is being developed on an officially registered land area of 7.6499 acres. Unlike a conventional neighbourhood shopping complex, Elan Imperial is planned as a destination-oriented luxury commercial development serving the expanding residential and business population of New Gurugram. International architecture and design practice Benoy is associated with the project. The architectural concept incorporates four principal retail levels arranged around a boulevard featuring double-height retail spaces. A major architectural feature is the system of three atriums organized around a central water feature. These spaces are intended to introduce natural light into the retail environment while creating large internal gathering and circulation areas. The commercial programme includes premium retail stores, large-format shopping spaces, restaurants, food and beverage destinations, cinema and entertainment facilities. A hospitality tower is planned above the retail podium, incorporating a five-star hotel and serviced apartments. This gives Elan Imperial a broader mixed-use character beyond conventional retail. Its Sector 82 location places it within the New Gurugram growth corridor with regional connectivity through NH-48 and access toward the Dwarka Expressway network.
